You've been brai...You're a fucking retard. You've been brainwashed. A few quick points:

- "Amway has tests to prove this on various products." Of course any company is going to say its products are good. But in the case of Amway it's more like tobacco companies saying cigarettes aren't bad for you.

- "If you truly believe in the organization and what it stands for..." Hmmm, the organization is a SCAM so if you believe in that go fucking ahead. The "association" you reference is with people who either, a. want to rip you off, or b. are fellow brainwashed morons like yourself.

- Let me ask you: Are you financially free? Are you "walking the beaches of the world?" Let me tell you something - it is virtually impossible to become "financially free" with Amway simply through the revenues from products. You need to be high-up and making serious cake from those bullshit books, functions, etc. I imagine you are struggling to get by and the opportunity cost of your time far outweighs any benefits you receive, not to mention other costs to your relationship with friends and family, your health, your sanity... Probably too late for that last one.

And a final point. Who the fuck wants to walk the beaches of the world all day anyway? That is the lamest, most chiche "dream" I have ever heard. Sure, it's nice to go on vacation a few times a year but just walking around on beaches all day and not doing anything else sounds like some serious cult shit. cws259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-78513760137843733212013-04-15T10:23:08.337-07:002013-04-15T10:23:08.337-07:00Amway makes a lot of money. Think about it, a cd costs maybe 50 cents to create and they sell for $7 or $8. A major function might cost $25 t0 $30 per person but they charge $125. The profit margin is much bigger on tools.

Unless you get some tool action, you are likely losing money. What I've garnered seems to be that, nobody PROFITS from Amway until they reach a status of Emerald/Diamond where they can start producing their own tools to sell, which gives them the extra income. The rest of the people are just losing money - while they do earn some money, these are not equivalent to the amount they pump in each month on the products and tools, and the time they exhaust, for the amount they get. Am I right??Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-86303329514334388292013-04-13T09:26:22.381-07:002013-04-13T09:26:22.381-07:00@ the Amway anonymous - its scary how all you amb...@ the Amway anonymous - its scary how all you ambots say the same things to justify the business, it really shows how they taught you all the same retorts and i see that you truly believe in your view, about the integrity and whatnot. you talked about the Them product and the You product - you are told to buy products from yourself with the possibility of gaining benefits, instead of giving the money to Walmart or whatever without getting anything back. Fact is, the products in Walmart are way cheaper than Amway products. They only feed you these lines and the possibility of 'getting something back when you purchase from Amway' so you will buy the products and feed your upline the $$. I really hate that you brainwashed IBOs think that you're helping others, there's no dishonesty, lots of love and friendship and helping and whatnot. it's disgusting how deluded you are. How can you be 'helping' others to become financially free when you KNOW that 99% of the people lose money for the 1% to earn? And if it's not shady, why not reveal immediately the company Amway / MLM when you show the plan? Why not reveal the amount of time it takes up to do this business instead of saying it can be part time? That anyone can do it. That it has low startup cost, deliberately failing to mention all the functions and CDs money. Look at your own bank account. You know it yourself how your money is slowly being sucked away. I suggest you read Merchants of Deception to un-brainwash yourself and get a proper grip of your own brain instead of drowning in your own denial.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-7855203184203542822013-04-12T00:24:39.257-07:002013-04-12T00:24:39.257-07:00Wow, you have fallen for all of their manipulation...Wow, you have fallen for all of their manipulation. If this is such a honest business why do you have to keep it a secret that is Anyway when "trick" your prospect into coming to a meeting. And you will never be your own boss, for one you are working for the up line & you have to have everything approved by Amway. If you owned your own business you would have total control over your website & create you own advertisement without paying Amway for every little item the can think of charging for. It is total BS they claim they dont make money on their teaching tools. ScAmwaybots revel in stories of ho...Anon @ April 8

ScAmwaybots revel in stories of how people quit by going off the grid on their uplines/sponsors. Personally when I quit I did not want to give them the pleasure of such a story. So I made a couple of simple but firm decisions - to quit, that I didn't owe anyone of them my reason, to call up my sponsor and tell him I am done. And that's what I did. Yeah he tried let me do a 3 way with uplines q12, & diamond (supposedly we were all good friends). I told him not to bother, you met me by yourself. I did call up those other upline ambots later-only one spoke/speaks to me if I call. None of the others including the q12, & diamond spoke/speaks to me-it's no skin off my nose. But it gives me thorough pleasure I quit in their face, no fading away and that's a story they cannot dare tell.

So don't look for excuses. Make up your mind, anticipate their move and firmly nip it.

If I can give you a good reason here is a comment that sums up MLM accurately "If you get money without working for it, then someone else is going to work without getting any money for it." You don't want to put your family & friends in that position which is guaranteed in scAmway for more than 99% of it's adherents. Isn't that a good enough reason to quit scAmway to pursue other worthwhile endeavors in life? ExAmbotnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-29197439789995607142013-04-08T23:54:41.995-07:002013-04-08T23:54:41.995-07:00It's really disappointing and quite sad to hea...It's really disappointing and quite sad to hear all the negativity about Amway and it's so-called "get rich" schemes. I happen to be affiliated with Amway and understand it's concepts very well. It comes down to attitude and how you actually see it. They always say that it's certainly not for everyone and nobody can expect to be successful in the business without considerable efforts. Never once did I ever hear them say that it's an easy way to sit back and watch the residual income just come rolling in without some goodness to honest hard work through the power of duplication. And yes, some products could very well be a good deal at various, other, local, retail stores, but honestly, why would you buy from Them, Inc. and make someone else benefit from your purchases when you have your own point of purchase called You, Inc. that allows you to reap your own rewards and incentives through your purchases. Additionally, what sort of quality are you truly getting for your buck? Amway has tests to prove this on various products. If you truly believe in the organization and what it stands for you will understand that it's not just about the money, but about association, leadership, personal growth to advance in any aspect of your life. Also, it's very key to have the desire to help yourself, of course, but most importantly to help other people become financially free as well, therefore, being genuine is critical to building any business for that matter. And to end things off, yes, I hear everyday the testimonies of various people becoming successful everyday as they build their businesses. It's what you put into it that you get from it and despite the occasional rejections, you just keep going no matter how often you fall and never give up! You will eventually find the diamonds in the rough that believe in the true value of business and what it's worth in their lives to become financially free. Very respectable words that came from my up line who fact built the business very successfully in 2-3 years. There is no gimmicks, no shadiness, or dishonesty in this business that I can see with all do respect.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-21935524946653805942013-04-08T17:05:13.218-07:002013-04-08T17:05:13.218-07:00I'm glad you were able to get information and ...I'm glad you were able to get information and be able to form an wise decision from it. As I see it, the uplines get you in and slowly raise the bar on you until you are fully immersed into the system. At that point, with much time and money invested, it can be very hard to quit. Plus you might wonder what if the business picks up. The sad truth is that more than likely, the business will never take off. If you can't pull it off when you're excited and full of eagerness, it will only get harder when you get rejections and realize how bad the reputation of Amway really is. If you do quit, you can request a refund for some of the stuff you paid for.

Seriously, if you have the drive and ambition to make more out of life, you can certainly find ways do do it more effectively without Amway. A second part time job or business can help you achieve dreams. I learned how to install metal security doors and did that casually part time and I invested my earnings. I'll be able to retire at the age of 57 or so. I won't be rich beyond my dreams but I'll be very comfortable and secure financially. I may work part time when I retire from my full time job.

If you went further and researched the "wealthy" diamonds, you'll find that many are likely broke or living in debt. They don't make enough to buy mansions and jets and pay for them in cash. It's an illusion that I saw through.

Good luck to you! I feel like he's just going to say "I've barely done anything yet" or "I'm quitting too early". I told him about these blogs online and things I've stumbled on, he told me that because there are no citations or proof that it isn't factual. I even told him it was my birthday this week and I'm going to spend time with my family/friends, and he still wanted me to commit to setting meetings and showing plans. The worst part to is that I submit to his manipulation because of his friendly and professional demeanor. I haven't really been able to give this a full test drive, didn't even go to a single convention/conference but my gut feeling right now is screaming "GET OUT, GET OUT." I've been reading your blog for the last two months silently, waiting for the right answers and its finally setting in. Thank you for your insightful posts, it was greatly helpful in my decision process.
