Between Senators Harkin and Hatch taking payments from the supplement industry while continuing to deregulate it, and the lobbying that is done by the MLM industry with their connections to our highest government officials.

Just look at this website (https://www.opensecrets.org/orgs/toprecips.php?id=D000000111&cycle=2016, and you can see exactly what Amway/Alticor has funded this year during an election...it's ridiculous and upsetting.John Doehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05186871105223753934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-73327532153546620612016-10-25T23:04:03.603-07:002016-10-25T23:04:03.603-07:00I believe Amway is a pyramid scheme also. I say this because many groups teach "buy from yourself and get others to do the same". I believe this still happens because people just do not like "selling" products and selling the businesss. I believe the courts were ignorant and made a poor decision in the FTC charge against Amway in 1979 and pyramid scheme have blossomed since then, using Amway as the standard for creating compensation plans.

The recent ruling and injunctions against Herbalife however, might have teeth if the FTC follows through and enforces the injunctions against Herbalife. Stay tuned for updates on that.Joecoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09121920263105613498noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-90482719268123588582016-10-25T17:15:52.052-07:002016-10-25T17:15:52.052-07:00Joe, let's not beat around the bush. It's...Joe, let's not beat around the bush. It's not a matter of opinion. It's a plain fact: AMWAY IS A PYRAMID SCHEME.

The creeps who run it were lucky enough to be able to corrupt the FTC and other governmental authorities to get a pass, and they have packed their cronies and toadies into high-placed positions where the Amway pyramid scheme will be protected.

Amway claims that its business is legal? Yeah, sure. Like organized crime was "legal" in Chicago in the 1920s. When corrupt government officials are on your side, of course you are "legal."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494309285043063074.post-59765003168818801642016-10-25T17:07:26.632-07:002016-10-25T17:07:26.632-07:00The problem for those in the Platinum is that they...The problem for those in the Platinum is that they cannot control their downlines. If a downline quits, it has an impact on their PV value. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
