Amway Nearly Guarantees Failure?

What many Amway and MLM IBOs do not realize is that the Amway/MLM compensation plan nearly guarantees failure for most IBOs. There, there will always be some people who make money in Amway. Some might even make a nice income, but they are few and far between. But for Amway. all you need to do is look at the 6-4-2 plan and you can easily see how few people can actually succeed.

We know that in the 6-4-2 plan there are 79 IBOs doing 100 PV. We know that many IBOs do little or do nothing, thus a group where 7500 PV is moved, then one can conclude that you would need more than 100 IBOs. I believe many platinum groups consist of 150 to 200 IBOs. Many of these folks quit and need to be replaced, so the platinum is often very busy showing the plan and recruiting downline. In the end, out of these 150 to 200 IBOs, there is one who is making a decent income (the platinum). Well, that platinum represents less than 1% of IBOs. Even if the entire population of the world signed up for Amway, that rate of success would not change because it simply takes that many downline to make a platinum.

Based on the evidence supplied here, you can make a claim that joining Amway or an MLM nearly guarantees your failure. The only exception would be an IBO who signs up and only sells products to actual non IBO customers. These folks can make a profit, but are highly unlikely to make any significant income. However, most IBOs end up joining Amway with an AMO attached (AMO = Amway Motivational Organization) such as WWDB or Network 21. These folks are for profit companies that sell training and motivational materials. But if the system only allows for a fraction of 1% to be "successful" at any given time, no amount of training or motivation will make it better.

The upline leaders who sell these tools often deceive their groups that anyone and possible everyone in the room can succeed. It's simply not true. The system is set up for a limited number of successes. You cannot become a platinum or higher simply by choosing to do so or by wanting it bad enough. Hard work may help but still doesn't guarantee you anything. The system is multi level and it can only yield a small number of "success", just as there can only be so many officers in the Army. Working harder can help someone advance, but the number of leaders (platinums) will only increase relative to the numbers of lower level IBOs. Do the math and the sad picture becomes more and more clear.

A platinum group is a minimum of 7500 PV, with is approximately $22,500 in sales each month.

You can look at Amway's PV bonus chart to see how much each level makes. 100 PV approximately equals $300 in sales.

For example, 100 PV is 3% and they usually make around $10 (3% 0f $300)

300 PV is 6% and they usually make about $54 (gross income) but that $54 includes downline bonus so the actual amount would be less than $54 unless the IBO did all 300 PV themselves.

It goes on but there are too many variables to answer your question without writing an encyclopedia.

I was in Amway, twice. I never made any money and even though they have good products I got out.
Now I am doing cryptocurrencies with IPro Network which is the only paid platform for cryptocurrencies.

Please don't advertise other equally awful business opportunities. "iPRO Network", similar to "OneCoin" is another closed-market swindle that will fail. It is important for people to see that the Alicia's of the world will continue to be duped by different pyramids dressed up as "business opportunities". This cryptocurrency fad is simply leeching off the hype of bitcoin, but it is just another facade for a pyramid.

Mmmm - true - the products are good and also quite pricey. But some last longer than most local retail goods. I also felt this was cult-like and was told on more than 2 occasions not to talk to others that weren't in 'our' immediate up or down line. Btw - I was coerced into attending these sessions and seminars when I reconciled with my ex for a while, so it was never by choice from the onset. He too no longer attends any meetings or seminars. Everyone in it for themselves - bottom line! I was also told never to read newspapers, etc - seriously? Red flag.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not scams except for onecoin. I didn't know about Ipro Network, I will definitely look into it. For the most part cryptocurrencies are deflationary. There is a finite amount that will exist within the protocol and that can't be changed. I've invested quite heavily in bitcoin a few years ago and other cryptos and I'm now see the infrastructure of it being used to build bitcoin atms for debit cards and other cryptos around planet earth.

I would suggest you reread my post. I don't think you understood what I was saying.

Anonymous said, "Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not scams except for onecoin."

To which other cryptocurrencies are you referring? The only one that seems to hold any weight at this point is bitcoin. I'm curious to hear which other cryptocurrencies have seen relevant transactions outside of a closed market.

Can you give an example of how they are "deflationary"? As far as I can tell, bitcoin has not lowered the supply or demand of dollars, or whatever your currency is, therefore I'm not sure how you can say it is deflationary. If anything, it would cause an inflation as there is more currency that is being produced without an intrinsic value (i.e. not precious metals). Unless people stopped using the current currencies, or showed more of a faith in bitcoin and there was less supply, then I don't see how you can make that claim.

Anonymous said, "There is a finite amount that will exist within the protocol and that can't be changed."

I don't know much of anything about cryptocurrencies, therefore I can't make a comment on whether bitcoin is finite or not. However, I would like to suggest that no current currencies, except for precious metals, are finite, and all of them are being mass produced because the world is trading on debt. I would love to learn more about this as I watch David Seaman regularly and he is hugely into bitcoin and precious metals.

Again, I didn't say bitcoin is a scam, in fact I said the opposite. Unfortunately because of bitcoin becoming successful, there are new opportunities to scam people out of their monies (i.e. MLM cryptocurrencies in closed markets).

And did you know that there is a 16+ form to earn money with Amway? I was expecting a professional answer from somebody that supouse make 4000pv in amway

There was no 16+ form to earn money when I was an IBO. Is this something new that upline charges you for?
