Amway Retirees?

I have heard or read that Amway has something like 3 million IBOs worldwide and several hundreds of thousands of IBOs in the US and Canada. Over 50 plus years, Amway must have had tens of millions of IBOs. One of the selling points that many people use in promoting Amway is how you can build your business once (and right) and walk away from the business and collect residual income forever, willable to your future generations and recession proof. At least that's how it was presented, and still apparently presented these days.

What I find extremely odd is how these Amway retirees seem to vanish off the face of the earth. I mean the diamonds either quit, resign, or continue to work. Even all the crown ambassasdors are still working. Seems odd that someone can have the option of walking away from their Amway business while boatloads of cash keep rolling in. Freedom to golf, travel, have fun and do anything you want, whenever you feel like it. But why do diamonds quit or resign? Why don't any of the big pins exercise the option to walk away? Various defenders of Amway claim there are many people who have excerised this option but nobody has been able to name ever a few of them. Keep in mind that the folks making this claim are likely lying or making it up because only Amway would know who is getting paid, although Amway wouldn't know what kind of effort was made to maintain the business. In other words, claims of people building an Amway business and then collecting significant residual income is a claim that cannot be substantiated, not even by Amway. And I will say this: Amway doesn't advertise this as an IBO benefit. Current IBOs and prospects should think long and hard about this.

I know of retired firefighters, teachers, lawyers, doctors, government workers, accountants, business owners and just about any occupation you can think of. A friend of mine recently retired from a construction material salesman position. Most of them have their homes paid off, and live comfortably on pensions, savings and other assets and investments. They are not dead or broke by age 65. Sure I do know of some people who are around the age of 65 who are not doing as well financially, but none of them are starving, needing government assistance or working at WalMart out of necessity. I believe ths is a scare tactic used by Amway promoters who want you to think that your only hope for financial security is by running an Amway business. Sadly, for most, the result is net losses because of the "systems".

I've asked before, I'll ask again. 50 plus years, possibly tens or hundreds of millions of IBOs. Where are these Amway IBO retirees? Do they actually exist or are they as legendary as the Sasquatch?

Its confirmed I just called Amway business support and rules and conduct. All platinums and above, get paid for books tapes board plans and major functions ( if they speak at them)

Example.
1.Family reunion cost about $400.00 for a 3 day weekend not counting travel cost or food or hotel.
Now if 20,000 people attend thats 8 million dollars in ticket sales generated for family reunion.
Lets say it cost 2 million for renting the auditorium and the clean up crew. That leaves 6 million dollars. From the ticket proceeds correct NOW PAY ATTENTION HERE.! Lets say there were 40 speakers for the 3 day event that 6 million gets divided between the 40 speakers thats $150,000 per speaking couple . They will walk away with speaking at a weekend event with a profit of $150,000 WOW! Now there are 3~4 major functions per year GET THE POINT!

2. If they FORCE you to be on a tape program or they won't help you build your business there is a reason for this. NOW PAY ATTENTION HERE.! They buy the tapes or CD'S ect.
FOR EXAMPLE for $1.50 each they resell them to you for $8.00 each now imagine if you sell 500 audio material units through your business each month.
your cost is $750.00 your profit is $3,250.00.

3. Books and tools same rules applies as rule 2.

4. Now when you attend a board plan at an auditorium or a rented hall, it cost about $7.00-$10.00
to get into the board plan. So lets say 1000 people attend this board plan. Lets say its $1,500.00 to rent this hall for 2.5 hours. Lets say the average cost to enter is $8.50 thats $8,500.00 in ticket sales for that board plan. That leaves $7,000.00 left over that money is straight profit for the person who did the board plan.

5. So yes you can make money in Amway
BUT NOT FROM SELLING PRODUCTS TO YOUR DOWNLINE!

6. As a matter of fact all you need to do is spend about $350.00 a month to be core! This amount being spent will make sure you are entitled to your 3% bonus check MEANING 100PV & 300BV.

7. So you don't need to get rid of all your stuff in your house thats not from Amway. And if anyone tells you this RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM AND CHANGE YOUR LINE OF SPONSORSHIP!

8. I have been in many diamonds homes and I have seen all kinds of stuff in there house thats not from Amway BTW! And there diamonds some are even executive diamonds! LOL!!

9.So the goal is to get to platinum make your own tapes hold your own board plans and speak and major functions and sell a bunch of tools to your downline. THIS IS WARE YOU WILL MAKE THE BULK OF YOUR MONEY!
ALSO make sure you and everyone in your group does a minumum of $300.00 -$350.00 in the sales of products each month.

10. So that means sponsor about 100 people and work your butt off to help them understand that in-order to build a successful Amway business. They must spend at least $300.00 -$350.00 a month in products they need from Amway and duplicate it by also sponsoring 100 people them selves and working there butt off to help them do the same. NOW I SAY SPONSOR 100 BECAUSE SOME WILL QUIT AND SOME WONT SPEND $300.00-$350.00 PER MONTH. so as long as you have 25 who spend $300.00 to $350.00 per month who do consistenly then you will go platinum. As long as you hold your volume for 6 months from this point forward its a simple process of duplication to get to the diamond level. And beyond!

11. So once again this information was confirmed by Amway just 40 minutes ago on a phone call SO ITS 100% CORRECT!

So yes you can make money in Amway
BUT NOT FROM SELLING PRODUCTS TO YOUR DOWNLINE!

I wish up-lines would tell the truth as to how money is really made in this thing called Amway!!

Its all the lies that piss people off! Not how the money is made! We are made to believe that its all made from selling products and that is the farthest thing from the truth!!
